Jeremy D. Gottlieb

Jeremy D. Gottlieb chose to pursue a career in the finance industry due to his passion for the complexities of the business and to meet his clients’ challenges by providing objective solutions. Today, he excels as the founder, president and financial advisor of Gottlieb Wealth Management in Carlsbad, California. Since 2011, he has offered his clients honest investment counsel, helping them strategically manage their assets, particularly as they transition into retirement. To prepare for his career, Mr. Gottlieb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from American University in 1983, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University in 1985.

Mr. Gottlieb serves his clients with integrity and great passion, always prioritizing their interests. Very process-oriented and extremely loyal to them, he ensures that everything he does for them is done correctly. Through diligence, his practice has enjoyed continuous substantial growth every year and his never-ending quest for knowledge motivates him to stay engaged in his profession. To attest to his success, he has received a Five Star Award from Five Star Professionals consecutively since 2012 and was named a Distinguished Wealth Manager by the Expert Network in 2017.

As an active contributor to his community, Mr. Gottlieb takes pride in his civic engagements, which includes chairing and serving as the president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Carlsbad. He is also a volunteer football and basketball coach, participates in fundraising campaigns for the community’s firefighters and police force and mentors business students. In addition, he serves on several committees at Ohio State University, including a President’s Board Member, and is a member of the United States Golf Association’s President’s Circle. Looking ahead, Mr. Gottlieb hopes to maintain his firm while developing a sound succession plan. His motto is, “Integrity, knowledge, wisdom, and trust.”
